1.5 oz no.3 gin

0.5 oz st-germain

0.5 oz whispering of fruit cordial

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes angostura bitters

• 1. fill shaker with ice

• 2. add all ingredients

• 3. shake vigorously for ~15 seconds; this aerates and dilutes precisely

• 4. double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe

• chill your coupe in the freezer for 10+ minutes beforehand; this makes a huge difference

• use fresh lemon juice only, not bottled

  • don't skimp on the shake; the smooth and creamy texture comes from proper emulsification

  • the bitters are subtle but critical; skip them and it'll taste one-dimensional
